Information for companies, contractors & workers

EventInduct is an online safety induction program that contains important key information for the event you or your company has been engaged to work on.

Company and/or contractor representatives are required to upload requested information and documents (insurances, SWMS etc.) in the company section.

All workers working on site during the build and bump out are required to complete the induction. Successful completion of the induction is required prior to starting work on site.

The information is consists of general safety guidelines (site rules) and site specific information. You must read all the information. You may be required to complete a short quiz to demonstrate you understand the basic safety information and site rules.

On successful completion of the induction you will be issued with a confirmation receipt via sms and email. You must bring and have this confirmation with you when you work on site. You will also be required to agree to abide by the site rules and site specific information while on site.

The confirmation is proof you have been inducted.

You will be required to complete an induction for each event you are working on. For some this means completing the induction 4 or 5 times over summer. Information like first aid provisions, COVID restrictions and important contact details etc change and that is why you must complete an induction for each event.
